The Spinosaurus was a dinosaur that loved to swim! Unlike many other dinosaurs, the Spinosaurus felt right at home in the water. It had long, paddle-like feet that helped it move easily through rivers and lakes in search of food. This unique dinosaur also had a huge sail on its back, made of tall, bony spines with skin stretched between them. Scientists think that this sail might have helped the Spinosaurus control its body temperature while it swam. With its special features, the Spinosaurus was a true water-loving dinosaur!
